Attempts to develop artificial intelligence have been underway for decades. As early as 1950, Alan Turing developed the famous Turing test and was the first serious proposal in the philosophy of artificial intelligence. For most of the time since then, machine learning algorithms and AI models have only been relevant in small areas and could never make the breakthrough into the wider society. In the last few years, however, neural networks, among other methods, have made it into almost all areas of life. We want to use this advancement to tackle the modern problems of civil engineering.
